Park Plaza Hotels Europe B.V. (PPHE) provides these “Win: 2-night stay and instax mini 12™  instant camera” Promotional Rules (the “Promotional Rules”) which set out the specific rules to the “Park Plaza Moments” giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”).

1. Rules: By entering the Promotion, you (the “Entrant”) are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by both these Promotional Rules and the Promotion terms and conditions provided at: https://bit.ly/2KL3RQR (collectively the “Rules”).
2. Entrants: Entrants must be 18 or over at the time of entering the giveaway promotion.
3. Duration of the Promotion: Enter the Promotion between 10:00 27 October 2025 GMT and 23:59 31 December 2025 GMT inclusive. PPHE has the right to change the Promotion end date at any time by posting the updated end date on Park Plaza’s Instagram account: @parkplaza prior to the Promotion end date.
4. Entry Criteria: Entries may be made via following @parkplaza on Instagram, liking the competition post and sharing their own image tagging @parkplaza and using #ParkPlazaMoments in their caption. This must be done between 10:00 27 October 2025 23:59 31 December 2025 GMT inclusive. No other method of entry will be accepted.
5. Conditions of entry: There is no limit on the number of submissions per entrant.
6. Winner selection: The prize noted in section 7 will be awarded to one Entrant that meet the criteria defined by the Rules. The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the competition.
7. Prize: One adult winner (plus one adult and up to two children) will receive a 2-night stay at a Park Plaza hotel of their choice, plus one instax mini 12™ instant camera plus 40 instax mini films. Room category will be a 1-bed suite (or the equivalent), subject to availability. Breakfast also included. Black- out dates apply. Travel cost reimbursement up to 400 euros in total is also provided. Prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.
8. Collection of the prizes: Prize-notification will be announced via direct message on Instagram within one week of the Promotion end date. We will contact the prize winner by direct message to confirm that the prize winner has read and agreed to the Rules and to gather any necessary contact information to facilitate the award and redemption of the prize. The winner has until 9 of January 2026 GMT inclusive to acknowledge and respond to the message sent by PPHE otherwise the Entrant will forfeit the prize. If the first selected winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be chosen using the same selection method. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Once the winner has accepted the prize and terms and conditions, we will announce the winner on the Park Plaza Instagram page with their social media handle via Story as well as in the caption of the competition carousel post and reel.
9. General conditions: PPHE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any entry that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the entry is submitted: Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for /delivery/arrangement of the prize. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our terms of our privacy policy found at http://www.pphe.com/privacyBy entering the competition, you indicate your acceptance of the Rules. PPHE accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. PPHE reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Rules. PPHE reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, PPHE, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of PPHE, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promotion will be governed by English law and Entrants to the Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Ownership and Usage Rights: While you retain ownership of your submission, you grant PPHE Hotel Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your entry in any media or format for promotional, marketing, or other purposes related to the competition.
    • Acknowledgment: Wherever possible, we will credit you as the creator of the submission when your entry is used.
    • Eligibility: By entering, you confirm that your submission is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
    • Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your entry, you must notify PPHE Hotel Group in writing at branding@pphe.com before the competition deadline. However, any prior use of your entry by PPHE Hotel Group will remain valid.
