Pre-arrival & check-in
1. Book your room as normally would.
2. Open your confirmation email, fill out the pet registration form and return it back to us.
3. Look out for an email from us confirming your dog has been booked in.
4. Read and make sure you’ve understood our Park Plaza pets guide.
5. Check in at reception and sign our pet policy agreement.
6. Head up to your room together and give them some treats for being on their best behaviour.
Good-to-knows
• Rate per dog stay is determined by hotel destination. Please see the Terms & Conditions for your chosen destination’s rate.
• You can only have up to two dogs in the room with you.
• You’re free to bring any dog food and treats from home with you.
• If they’re in public areas, dogs need to be kept on a lead.
• Dogs can not go in our spa and fitness areas
• Dogs should not be left alone if you’re leaving the hotel
