Carstens Cafe situated opposite Amsterdam Centraal opened its doors this summer

This younger relaxed sibling of the renowned Carstens Brasserie offers a twist of some of Carstens signatures as well as its own take on Dutch Classics. The menu is suited to all times of day and incorporates some Dutch classics with a twist. We take our suppliers very seriously and are proud to work with Lindenhoff providing us the best beef for our burgers as well as Holtkamp serving the best pastries in Amsterdam.

This all-day dining concept makes it a versatile space to meet friends or work colleagues before or after work, as well as being the perfect pit stop before taking in the sights Amsterdam has to offer.
