3. The missing pieces of “The Night Watch”
You may or may not have been aware of the fact that the famous ‘Night Watch’ of Rembrandt van Rijn was missing some pieces. Now, for the first time in 300 years, the missing pieces have been mounted around the original painting. Using artificial intelligence, the Operation Night Watch team has been able to recreate the missing pieces. 4. The Sound of Music – Royal Theatre Carré

5. Cobra Museum
For those that – when it comes to art – have seen it all in Amsterdam.The Cobra Museum of Modern Art Amstelveen focuses on the art and ideas of the Cobra movement, a European avant-garde movement that was active from 1948 to 1951. A movement that brought alternative culture and focused on international solidarity and creativity. The museum hosts some of the greatest exhibitions at the moment: “Frida Kahlo & Diego Rivièra: A love revolution”, “Cobra and Politics”, and “Karel Appel 100”.The Cobra Museum is located just outside the city of Amsterdam (Amstelveen), but you can easily get there by hopping on tram no.5. which leaves in front of Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam and is also near Park Plaza Vondelpark, Amsterdam.
